About Me

Hi! My name is Ronnae Williams. I am an Early Childhood Education expert and professional, with over 15 years of child care experience including:

A Bachelors of Science in Child and Family Development
A Masters in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management.

My experiences within the early childhood industry along with my education, has allowed me to support hundreds of child care facilities across the U.S. with licensing compliance, local accreditation, licensing investigations assistance, support with civil actions, franchising, and so much more.

Mission

To support child care programs who have issues with compliance or who want to maintain compliance.

Teach programs to “Stay Ready, so they don’t have to Get Ready”

What I Do?

I work with childcare programs who are looking to be compliant and within good standing with the state, by offering on site and State Approved training to all staff.

I complete onsite pre-licensing inspection.

I provide onsite and virtual assistance with child care site/location selection.

I offer guidance for programs who have incurred state violations, want to regain compliance, or refute an undeserved citation.
